1. I reserve all rights towards the commissioned artwork. If you wish for the piece to not be posted or redistributed in any kind, please let me know.
2. In no way, shape, or form do I accept NFT commissions and any topics I am uncomfortable with.
3. Do not claim/edit any of the process images or final piece as your own.
4. I do not accept commissions meant for commercial use.
5. Turnaround time will be between one (1) to two (2) months.
6. Limit of three (3) free minor changes before rendering.
7. Half of the payment will be paid upfront through the mode of payment (Paypal or GCash)

Process
- There will be no refunds issued unless both parties agree or I am incapable of continuing the piece.- Once the initial sketch payment has been done, the commission can no longer be cancelled unless I am incapable of continuing the piece.- Cancelled and refunded commissions will be 100% refunded, however reduced by the conversion and transfer rates of Paypal.- All changes on the initial sketch are free, afterwards you are given three (3) free minor changes before the rendering stage (for rendered commissions). Further changes will include additional charges that will be paid at the end.- If delays may occur in the process of the commission, I will inform you and will try to prioritize your commission.- If you have a specific deadline, please specify the date and we can discuss about it being doable or not.- The final piece will be given through a GDrive link to our active mode of communication.

Disclaimer
- My art style is very experimental and will not stay consistent with my portfolio, if you ever wish to have a specific style of mine, please include that piece in the references.- Any and all references are highly appreciated, it helps speed up the process of the commission.- I reserve the right to reject any commissions from anyone for any reason.- I reserve the right to reuse a rejected concept or cancelled piece from your commission unless it's an original creation of yours or another.- Any interpretations of my terms that you make that I don't agree with gives me the right to reject and/or blacklist you if I find said interpretation used in order to abuse me and/or my artwork.- If you ever act against decency and the terms of service, I reserve the right to blacklist you from my services.
